There are three major ways for building groups:
Building a person oriented email list is very intuitive. Simply create the widget, choose the same name as the group name, e.g. family, friends and colleagues, and fill up the list accordingly.
It's obvious what will happen when dragging and dropping pictures over a widget: the resized pictures will be sent to the described persons.

Permission oriented grouping is a little bit harder to set up, but is usually easier to use later.
Create the widget according who has the right to see the pictures. So choose the name accordingly, e.g. "private", "protected", "can be shown".
Fill the mailing list. Enter the emails in one or more widgets. E.g. your wife will probably be in the list of "private", "protected" and "can be shown". Your best friend will probably be in "protected" and "can be shown". And your work colleagues will be only in "can be shown".

You can mix the ways together. E.g. you can make a group "Building our house, family" or "Building our house, private".
Just remember to limit the number of widgets. If you setup a complex grouping, you may end with dozens of widgets. Using JustResizeIt will be to complicated.
